(Rushden, UK) – 7 January, 2013 – Belkin has today announced the introduction of the NetCam Wi-Fi Camera with Night Vision and NetCam HD. The new NetCam range allows you to monitor your home on your smartphone or tablet from anywhere in the world.

The NetCam WiFi Camera with Night Vision features infrared night vision for clear viewing even in low or no light, plus wide-angle video to get a better view of more of your room. The NetCam WiFi Camera allows you to save live video to your mobile device for easy sharing and also provides clear digital audio to listen in on your room as well as see it.
Belkin’s new NetCam HD is a high definition wireless networking camera that allows you to see your home in high-quality 720p resolution for a smoother, more detailed picture on your smartphone or tablet.

WeMo SMART is a partnership program designed to bring WeMo, Belkin’s simple, Wi-Fi based home control platform, to new devices, products and brands. With WeMo SMART functionality added, the NetCam HD is viewable from the WeMo app and can act as an additional motion sensor on a WeMo network to trigger another device to turn on or off when it senses motion.
NetCam and NetCam HD are easy to set up using any iOS or Android device, connecting directly to a Wi-Fi router without the need of a computer.
